VANTA is designed primarily around analysis of public blockchain activity. Operation of the Service may also involve account, preference, technical, payment, and service-usage information.

Depending on how you use VANTA, the Service may process:

• Blockchain and wallet information: wallet addresses submitted for analysis and publicly available blockchain information associated with those addresses.
• Account information: information necessary to authenticate and operate user accounts, including email where email-based sign-in is used.
• Preferences and saved information: watchlists, saved wallets, feature settings, and similar product state where supported.
• Payment and entitlement information: blockchain transaction identifiers, wallet addresses, payment references, payment status, access status, and related records used to provide paid functionality.
• Technical and operational information: request, error, timestamp, browser/device-related, security, and similar technical information generated while operating and protecting the Service.

VANTA does not require your private keys to analyze a public wallet address.

Information may be processed to:

• provide wallet analytics and intelligence;
• operate accounts, preferences, and watchlists;
• provide and verify Free or paid access;
• verify supported payments and entitlements;
• maintain caches and improve performance;
• diagnose failures and monitor reliability;
• protect the Service against abuse;
• improve functionality and user experience; and
• communicate with users where communication functionality is enabled.

Solana blockchain activity is public. VANTA may retrieve and analyze public blockchain information directly or through services that index, structure, or enrich blockchain and market data. VANTA does not make public blockchain records private by processing them.

VANTA relies on third-party services to operate parts of the Service. These may include providers for hosting, authentication and database infrastructure, blockchain and market data, caching, background processing, error monitoring, and email delivery.

Information may be processed by those providers where reasonably necessary for them to perform their services for VANTA.

VANTA may store or cache information where reasonably necessary to provide functionality, maintain user state, improve performance, avoid unnecessary repeated processing, verify access entitlements, maintain security, and operate the Service reliably.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, including operating the Service, maintaining security and integrity, resolving technical issues, maintaining transaction or entitlement records, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category.

VANTA uses reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect information processed by the Service. No internet-based system, database, blockchain-related service, or third-party infrastructure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

VANTA is available to users in multiple locations. Infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Privacy protections and legal rights may vary by location.

Depending on laws applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or otherwise control certain personal information associated with your use of the Service.

Public blockchain records generally cannot be altered or deleted by VANTA. Requests concerning account-related personal information will be handled through the contact methods made available through the Service.

VANTA is not directed to children. Do not use the Service if you are not legally permitted to use blockchain or digital-asset related services applicable to you.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as VANTA, its infrastructure, and applicable requirements evolve. The current version and effective date will be made available through the Service.
