Terms of Service

VANTA provides software tools for analyzing publicly available Solana blockchain activity and presenting wallet analytics, trading metrics, behavioral patterns, and related intelligence.

By accessing or using VANTA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use VANTA only if you are legally permitted to do so under laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of VANTA, digital assets, blockchain-related services, and related functionality is lawful in your jurisdiction.

VANTA is an analytics and information service. It may analyze blockchain transactions, wallet activity, token activity, trading history, market information, and other available data.

VANTA is not an exchange, broker, custodian, wallet provider, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. VANTA does not execute trades or require custody of user private keys to provide wallet analytics.

Some functionality may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it.

Where information is required to operate the Service, you agree to provide information that is accurate and not misleading.

Blockchain addresses and transactions are generally public. When a wallet address is submitted, VANTA may retrieve, process, analyze, cache, and display information associated with that address.

Submitting or analyzing a wallet address does not establish ownership of that wallet and must not be treated as proof of a person's identity.

VANTA relies on blockchain data and third-party infrastructure and data providers. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly classified, or affected by provider limitations.

Metrics including ROI, win rate, profit and loss, entry behavior, holding behavior, exit behavior, performance statistics, and related intelligence are analytical outputs based on available data and VANTA's methodologies. They are not independently audited financial records.

VANTA may provide free and paid functionality. Features, usage limits, pricing, and availability may change as the Service develops.

Where paid access is offered, the applicable price and access period will be presented as part of the purchase flow.

Paid functionality may be offered using USDC on Solana or another expressly supported payment method. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

You are responsible for verifying the destination, network, asset, amount, and required transaction information before making a payment.

VANTA is not responsible for losses caused by payments sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, unsupported asset, incorrect amount, or without required payment information. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case unless a different policy is expressly presented for a purchase.

You may not use VANTA to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• bypass access, usage, rate, or security restrictions;
• gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• use automation in a manner that materially harms the Service;
• distribute malicious code or use VANTA unlawfully; or
• misrepresent wallet analytics as proof of another person's identity, ownership, or conduct.

VANTA's software, interface, branding, methodologies, presentation, and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. VANTA does not claim ownership of public blockchain information merely because that information is analyzed or displayed by the Service.

VANTA is an evolving service. Features may be added, modified, restricted, suspended, or removed. VANTA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party failures, blockchain conditions, API limitations, network congestion, security events, or other circumstances may affect the Service.

Use of VANTA does not guarantee profitable trades, successful investments, avoidance of losses, or any particular financial outcome. Historical wallet activity and past performance do not guarantee future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VANTA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on analytics, market activity, blockchain transactions, loss of digital assets, third-party services, or decisions made using information presented by VANTA.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect VANTA, its infrastructure, users, or third parties, or where these Terms are materially violated.

These Terms may be updated as VANTA develops. The current version and effective date will be published through the Service. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
